PPS has precision processability, dimensional stability, and high heat resistance for SMT process, also V-0 flammability without any flame retardant which are greatly suitable for electric/electronic application. Generally FZ-1140 or FZ-2140 are well balanced grades for these application, FZ-1140-D5, FZ-2140-D5, or FZ-1130-D5 are suitable for particular application like connectors because of its low flash and improved mechanical property. In other hand, FZ-3600 or FZ-6600 series are suitable choice for the applications which needs high dimensional stability and high modulus. Additionally, super high flow ability PPS "EC" series is matching for micro device encapsulation.
