DIC Hollow Fiber Membrane

DIC original hollow fiber membrane, SEPAREL, has been developed with our original technology.
This original structure of the hollow fiber enables to degass very efficiently without leakage.



Specifications

• Material : PMP(Poly-4-methylpentene-1)
• Inner Diameter : 90-200 µm (The Inner Diameter Depends on the Product Model Number)
• Thickness of the Membrane : 25-50 µm

Hollow Fiber Membrane Module

The hollow fiber membrane developed in DIC is suitable for degassing and aeration of liquid; preventing liquid from passing through the hollow fiber membrane, allowing only gas to pass through.

SEPAREL Degassing/Aeration Module for Water

SEPAREL Module for Solvent/Chemical Liquid

The SEPAREL PF-F Series degassing module adopting PTFE for the degassing membrane; all liquid contact parts are made of fluoroplastic. It also enables the degassing of liquid such as acid, alkali and organic solvent. (more information...)

• Degassing and debubbling of liquid used in the manufacturing process of semiconductors and LCD. (various resist, thinner, medical fluid, etc.)
• Degassing and debubbling of solvent-based jet ink.
